If you need to update an individual respondent's 360 or Leader rater deadline, follow these instructions:
- Go to MANAGE ACCOUNTS
- Go to ACTIVITIES
- Find your respondent and tick the box on the left (it will go green)
- Click EDIT
- Scroll down to the "Reports" section and update (or remove) the deadline
The link received via email should now work for your raters, but you can also resend the invitation to complete feedback.
