In most cases, this is because you provided your respondent with the wrong Project ID
Common Mistakes:
1) Project ID's are case sensitive. So if your Project ID is "TEST123" and you sent your respondent "Test123", they will get an error message
2) **MOST COMMON** You sent your respondent the PROJECT CODE and not the PROJECT ID. These are two different things!
PROJECT CODE is for internal Strengthscope system use ONLY and it is some variation of "PRJ#####". You will never use the Project Code. It is confusing because the PROJECT CODE is listed next to the PROJECT NAME on the PROJECT LIST.
So, how do you find out what your Project ID is?
First, remember that you created your Project ID when you created your project
Follow the steps below to view your Project:
- Go to MANAGE ACCOUNTS
- Go to the PROJECTS tab
- Tick the box on the left of your Project (the box will go green)
- Click VIEW
- You will now see all of the Project Details, including the Project ID
