IF YOUR RESPONDENT IS ON MORE THAN ONE TEAM, PLEASE READ THIS ARTICLE BEFORE RESETTING THE StrengthscopeTeam™ MODULE.
Below are the instructions on how to reset previous StrengthscopeTeam™ activity
- Go to MANAGE ACCOUNTS
- Go to the ACTIVITIES tab and select the respondent you wish to reset, then click RESET MODULES
- Untick StrengthscopeTeam and you wish to remove click RESET
- Your respondent's previous team responses have now been reset
- To send out the activity details to the respondent click SEND ACTIVITY REMINDER this will send an email from the system asking them to answer the StrengthscopeTeam™ questions. Make sure your respondent knows which team he/she should be thinking about when re-answering the questions. This means you may need to send a personal email to that person letting them know what team the questions are for.
NOTE: these are the same instructions you would need to do to reset Strengthscope360™or StrengthscopeLeader™
