Instructions on how to get a new password in the new Strengthscope system if you cannot find (or never received) the email with your new log in credentials:
- Go to http://helios.work/
- Click "Log In" at the top right
- Click "Manage Projects - New System"

NOTE: If follow these steps and still not receiving your updated password, please check your Spam folder. If it is not in your Spam folder, check with your IT department. Many organizations have strong filters that think that an email from "help@strengthscope.com" is spam and therefore block the email completely. You must ask your IT department to whitelist all "strengthscope.com" emails
